Professional Speed Ball Platform Description:
This professional speed ball platform can be mounted securely to concrete walls as well as to 16 inch spaced wooden stud walls. Once mounted, the bag can be raised or lowered to a desired height. Support screws located at the top of the adjusting brace prevent any shaking caused by the speed ball striking the platform.
